高聚物动态密封件分子式：CAS号：性质：由于动态密封件是工作在连续运动摩擦中，因此对材料的性能要求较高，不仅要求具有良好的弹性和机械强度，以保证其密封性能，而且还要具有优异的耐磨性和耐热性能，较低的摩擦系数和膨胀系数等要求。制备动态密封件的材料包括非复合弹性材料和复合型材料两种。非复合的弹性密封材料中使用最多的是由某些高分子橡胶直接成型制备的O形圈和唇形密封圈等，采用的原料包括丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氟橡胶、硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶和丙烯酸酯橡胶。复合密封材料主要有两种基本形式，一种为纤维增强高聚物，增强材料多为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、或者耐热高聚物纤维，基体材料除了使用弹性聚合物之外，还使用尼龙、酚醛和聚四氟乙烯等低摩擦系数、抗腐蚀塑性体。另一种为青铜塑料钢被三层复合材料，是在钢基体上烧结一层多孔性青铜材料，然后将聚四氟乙烯或聚甲醛渗入多孔层，构成密封并具有润滑作用。
