地下矿开拓地下矿开拓development of underground mined一x lokuong ka一tuo地下矿开拓(development of underground mi-ne)为开采地下矿床，从地面向地下开掘一系列的井筒、巷道以通达矿体的地下工程总称。其目的在于形成运输、提升、通风、排水、供电、供水、输送压气以及采场充填等系统，以满足采矿工艺过程的需要。形成开拓系统的井巷主要有平碉、竖井、抖井、抖坡道、各类盲井、石门、马头门、主要运输平巷、主溜井、主充填井、主回风巷、风井、井底车场及各种主要酮室等。地下矿开拓是地下开采矿山基本建设的主体工程。开拓系统一经建成，很难更改，即使进行局部改建，也需花费大量投资和时间，而且在改建时间内还可能影响生产。因此，在设计前，首先应确定矿床开采顺序、开采范围、采空区周围岩层可能移动的范围及其对地表的影响，然后根据地形条件、矿床赋存条件、工程地质条件、选矿厂厂址、拟采用的采矿方法、采矿设备、装载运输设备、提升设备等，确定井巷类型、数量和规格，并按照井巷布置原则布置井巷。井巷布置原则主要是:(1)保证矿井生产安全，在保证各工艺系统畅通的条件下，尽可能减少井巷工程量.使投资省、工期短、投产快。(2)井巷布置要匹配合理·使生产方便、管理集中、生产经营费低。(3)当并下发生水灾、火灾、大规模地压活动、地震以及其他灾害时，为保证井下人员安全，每个矿井至少要有两个独立通往地面的安全出口，两个安全出口之间的距离不得小于100m;大型矿井、采矿技术条件复杂或走向长度大于1。。。m的矿床，必须在端部增设安全出口;位于地震区的矿山应考虑防震措施。井巷位置选择位置应尽可能选择在稳固的岩层中和采空区周围岩层移动范围以外，避开含水层、大断层、大破碎带、岩溶发育地层和流砂层;通地面的出口应不受地面塌陷、滑坡、泥石流、山洪、山坡滚石、雪崩、森林火灾等自然灾害的影响，出口位置应高于历年最高洪水位3m以上。用于提升或运输矿石的竖井、斜井、斜坡道、平酮、主盲井、主溜井，最好布置在矿体下盘岩层移动范围以外最小运输功的位置上或附近，且应考虑矿石向选厂或对外运输的方便。平酮、斜井、竖井、斜坡道的出口处，应有足够的工业场地，以便布置调车场，井口建筑物、构筑物、材料堆场、废石场等，且应不占或少占农田。若井巷或建筑物、构筑物必须位于采空区岩层移动范围以内或可能受岩层移动的影响时，必须留保安矿柱予以保护。井巷断面影响确定井巷断面的因素有:矿井的生产能力、通过井巷的设备的外形尺寸、井巷内的设施、管缆装设所需要的断面，通过井巷的风量和允许的风速、必需的安全间隙等。此外，还应预留一定的提升运输能力和增设管缆所需的断面，为以后扩大矿井生产能力创造条件。
