离心式安全离合器分子式:CAS号:性质:离心机主轴驱动装置中常用的一种安全离合器。离合器装在主电机皮带轮内。电机轴连接摩擦重块旋转,摩擦块靠离心力紧贴在皮带轮内壁,以摩擦力带动皮带轮旋转并传递扭矩。启动时转数低,摩擦块打滑,保护电机顺利通过软启动过程。过载时圆周力超过摩擦力,摩擦块也在皮带轮内打滑以保护电机不过载。该种离合器构造简单,运行可靠,适于40kW以下的小型离心机。大于40kW时宜选用液力耦合器。
