食物致敏性日光性皮炎食某些食物后皮肤对光线过敏经强烈日晒而发生的急性皮炎。能使皮肤对光线过敏的食物种类甚多，最多见的是灰菜，即藜 (Chenopodium album)，其感光致敏物原未明，可能与卟啉类似，油菜、苋菜、紫云英、槐花和寄生于竹幼茎的子囊菌纲真菌竹黄 (Shiraia bam-busicola)也能引起本病,含卟啉类物质的动物色素也能使皮肤对光过敏，这种情况见于食泥螺后。本病夏秋多见，农村地区发病多于城市。表现为面、手背等暴露部分皮肤，尤其是组织松弛的眼睑、颊、唇、手背，红肿瘙痒，不能睁眼。皮内出血可致瘀点、瘀斑，可出现水疱或合并感染。可有发热、乏力等全身症状，症状于数日内逐渐消退。早期局部可用醋酸铝或高锰酸钾溶液湿敷,红肿缓解后涂肾上腺皮质类固醇激素霜(如氢化可的松霜、肤轻松霜)。重者静脉点滴葡萄糖(加大剂量维生素C)，口服肾上腺皮质类固醇制剂。合并化脓性感染者用抗生素。
