固固相反应过程两种固相反应物之间进行的多相反应过程，按反应机理，可分为真固固相反应和假固固相反应。真固固相反应 两种粉末状固相反应物直接接触进行反应，包括：①固固相化合反应，如四氧化三钴与氧化锌反应生成绿色颜料林曼绿。②固固相交换反应，如氧化钡与碳酸钙反应生成碳酸钡和氧化钙。具有现实工业价值的是一系列在低温下用碳使金属氧化物还原而生成金属或金属碳化物的反应。例如：TiO2＋3C─→TiC＋2CO固固相反应是通过固相内部原子（包括离子、电子和空穴）的迁移而实现的。固固相反应的速率取决于原子的扩散系数和产物层的化学位梯度。MgO和Fe2O3反应生成铁酸镁的过程（见图）是真固固相反应的实例，物质的迁移是这种反应的一种机理。假固固相反应 高温下两种固相反应物借助于气相中间物进行的反应。例如用碳使氧化铁还原是通过气相中间物而进行的，其机理为：FeO＋CO─→Fe＋CO2C＋CO2─→2CO两个气固相反应构成：FeO＋C─→Fe+CO因此，可利用气固相反应的某些研究成果进行分析。
