伯先路近代建筑群伯先路近代建筑群于 1992 年由镇江市政府公布为市级文物保护单位，主要建筑有：金山饭店旧址 ：位于伯先路 27 号，西式建筑，两层，四开间。青砖砌筑，饰以红砖弦边、图案，四坡水屋面，临街各间设有券门拱窗。建于清末民初，宁波同乡会曾设于此。江南饭店旧址 ：位于伯先路 29 号，建于 1927 年。原为国民党政府苏、浙、皖邮政受理处处长屠家骅的公馆。四开间，中两间为四层，两侧三层，青砖叠砌，平瓦屋面，边门上有国民党元老于右任书“捷径”石门额一块。临街三楼设有挑式凉台，围以铁栏，为中西合璧建筑。楼后有花园。蒋怀仁诊所旧址 ：位于伯先路 35 号。清光绪三十三年（ 1907 ）建，为镇江最早的私人西医诊所。三层楼房，傍山而建，以红砖为主的砖、木、石混合结构，计 40 多间。楼中部突出门楼，皆雕有花柱头，显得富丽堂皇，室内颇重装饰，为仿欧洲古典建筑形式。据传，蒋介石、蒋经国父子来镇江时曾在此下塌。镇江商会旧址： 位于伯先路 73 号，原为洋务局遗址，现建筑于 1929 年建成。一幢两进，有房屋 70 多间，占地面积 1891 平方米 ，有于右任书写的“镇江商会”石门额一块。整个建筑为中西结合形制。老商会始建于清光绪年间，在大龙王巷，初名镇江商务事务所，嗣后镇江为开商大埠，改为镇江商会。往昔镇江因得江河之利，商贾云集，仅西门处行栈即达 400 多家，有 11 个省的客商建了会馆， 20 多个行业建立公所，商会为其首，对发展商业，促进贸易，创办社会公益事业，均有成效。广肇公所旧址 ：位于伯先路 82 号，坐东朝西。有厅房、正房、偏房、厢房二十多间，占地近 600 平方米 ，围墙高筑，庭院深深。正面门楼的石横额上刻有“广肇公所”四个字，是前护川督陈 燏 书，大门设罩，雕琢精细，有福、禄、寿三星及渔、樵、耕、读、琴、棋、书、画等习俗装饰，为传统的古建筑风格。门在内厅向西，面阔 3 间 12 米 ，进深 3 檀 9 米 ，檐柱高 4.5 米 。厅前南侧厢房中有“广肇公所记”壁碑一方，记述了广肇公所的由来及重建始末。现正厅已毁，余皆尚存。广肇公所的名称是因为此建筑是由广州、肇庆两府旅镇客商合力兴建，为两府商人聚会及洽谈业务所在。原址在运粮河旁，现址是清光绪三十三年（ 1907 ）由卓翼堂主持重建。民国初年，孙中山辞去临时大总统后，从上海至南京途径镇江，曾在公所住宿一夜，在此召见各界人士，发表演讲。红万字会江苏省分会旧址 ：在京畿岭上，属于地方慈善机构。 1923 年建，后又扩建。整体建筑为中西合璧式的楼房，计有 52 间，分为两个单元：东单元为中式建筑，磨砖大门，内为两回廊式楼房，共 32 间；西单元为四层西式建筑，有盘旋台阶拾级而上。顶部另筑有两层木质攒尖顶、八角亭一座。此会建于 1934 年，由商会的头面人物主持，是慈善机构，供奉儒、佛、道等诸教神仙。“英租界”工部局旧址 ：位于长江路 209 号，工部局为管理租界的最高行政机构。三层楼房，砖木结构，呈长方形“凹”字形，长 22 米 ，宽 11 米 ，与英国领事馆同一建筑风格。除上述这些近代建筑以外，另还有内地会教堂、浸礼会教堂、《新华日报》社旧址、镇江老邮电局、定福寺、贾公馆等建筑。
