出口商出口商出口商用自己的资金，在国内市场上组织资源，再以自己的名义，从事出口业务的商号或公司。有时也作为国外公司的委托人承担委托业务。有的从国外进口原辅料、零部件，在国内进行加工生产或装配组合，然后出口，称为进料加工或来件装配。出口商就其经营范围和特长来分，有专、l妙哇出口商和综合性出口商。前者通常只经营一种商品或一类商品，其外销金额按国际习惯应超过该商号或公司贸易总额的50%，常设在工业部门或农业生产集中的地方，有自己的工厂、仓库，便于就地采购、贮存，加工生产和装运出口。后者主要经营大众日用消费品，通常收购几个地区、几个工业部门的产品，然后整理贮存，抓住时机运到国外销售。有的也代理出售国内工矿企业的产品，赚取佣金和手续费。出口代理商是指受本国一家或几家贸易公司或工矿企业的委托，按照代理合同开展出口业务的商人或公司。以赚取佣金或手续费为主要目的。
