对外贸易统计duiwai maoyi tongji对外贸易统计foreign trade statistics一个国家或地区商品输出和输入的统计。反映本国参与国际间商品流转的情况。其主要指标有：进（出）口商品实物量按各项商品的计量单位计量的进（出）口商品运量（数量）。它不受货物价格波动、国际货币汇率变动、估值方法和计价方式不同等因素影响。由于不同类别的商品计量单位不同，或者由于单价价值上的差别过大，因而不能直接汇总。进（出）口商品额进口额是一个国家在一定时期内从国外进口商品的全部价值。它是按到岸价格 (CIF)即货物出售时的价值，加上货物运到进口国边界的运费和保险费计算的价值。出口额是一个国家在一定时期内向国外出口商品的全部价值。它是按离岸价格 (FOB)即在出口国边界的船上(或火车上、汽车上)交货价值计算，包括出口税、出口国的国内税和类似的其他费用。把所有国家的进口额和出口额都折算成为同一货币单位（通常为美元）加总起来，便得出世界进口总额和世界出口总额。反映一国外贸规模的大小，除用进口额和出口额表示外，还常用进出口总额即进出口额的合计数来表示。一个国家在一定时期内进口额和出口额的差额，称之为外贸差额。出口额大于进口额，叫外贸顺差或出超；出口额小于进口额，叫外贸逆差或入超；出口额和进口额相等，叫外贸平衡。对外贸易指数对外贸易分别按出口和进口编制贸易额、贸易价格及贸易量三个相互联系的指数。对外贸易统计价格指数通常以选定的若干出口商品小类的单位价值和若干进口商品小类的单位价值，分别编制单位价值指数来代替出口和进口的价格指数。对外贸易数量指数通常采用“价格消除法”，以单位价值指数除贸易额价值指数来推算。这三个指数的相互联系，可用以分析一个国家的外贸额的变动分别在多大程度上是因进出口实物量变动和国际市场价格涨跌造成的。此外，还计算进出口贸易比价指数。它是以同一期间（月或年）出口单位价值指数与进口单位价值指数相比，用以考察出口价格与进口价格在价格变动中的相互关系。（刘伯午）
