农药联合毒性分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:在使用农药防治农作物病虫害的工作中,为了增强药效,提高药剂防治效果,常将农药混合使用。混合后的农药,会发生毒性的改变,这种改变了的毒性称为农药联合毒性。基本类型有三种:(1)相加作用,混合物的毒性为各农药分别毒性的总和;(2)增毒作用,混合农药的毒性LD50小于各农药分别的毒性;(3)拮抗作用又称抑制作用,即混合农药的毒性LD50大于各农药的毒性。例如,马拉硫磷急性经口LD50为1182毫克/公斤,稻瘟净的LD50为242毫克/公斤。若将马拉硫磷和稻瘟净混合后,根据实际结果,其LD50为72.9毫克/公斤,比单用毒性都大得多,这种就属于增毒作用了。
