低温烟气腐蚀低温烟气腐蚀low temperature corrosion on the fire sided IWen yonql fushl低温烟气腐蚀(low temperature Corrosion onthe fire side)锅炉在燃用高硫煤时发生在尾部低温受热面的酸醉凝结型沾污所造成的腐蚀现象。燃油锅炉也存在有低温腐蚀间题。空气预热器(特别是其冷端)是低温烟气腐蚀最易发生的部位，并常是腐蚀与堵灰并存，影响烟气和空气的流通，使阻力及排烟损失增加，锅炉效率降低，严重时锅炉的出力受到限制。一般，低温致腐因素主要是煤中可燃硫在燃烧过程中生成的微量503和灰中硫酸盐热解产生的少量503。燃烧反应生成的502对受热面腐蚀沾污没有明显影响。通常烟气中503含量在5~50 xl。一“范围内，随嫩料类别及含硫量而变。S()3与烟气中的水蒸气生成硫酸燕汽.当受热面金属壁温低于其相应分压下的凝结温度—露点温度时，即凝聚在受热面上，形成凝结型和腐蚀型沾污，造成管壁金属腐蚀。实际锅炉上当S()3含量为10X10一“时，露点即已达到120~140C。其后露点随503分压上升，增长趋势渐缓。低温腐蚀沽污通常并发受热面堵灰问题，这也是实际生产中的一个棘手问题。燃油锅炉中低温烟气腐蚀机理，大致与燃煤锅炉相同，但是燃油锅炉中503不像煤粉炉中那样可以部分被飞灰吸附，因此它在烟气中的浓度及在冷表面上的凝结比率很高，自然也就使燃油炉低温腐蚀程度往往较为严重。试验研究表明，燃烧器供风系数对503产生率有极强的影响。因此如可采用低氧嫩烧技术，可抑制503生成，从而减缓低温烟气腐蚀的危害。中国动力用煤中高硫煤占有相当比例，高于发生腐蚀和堵灰危害的含硫t(大于或等于1.5%)的煤产量，约占总数的20%以上，因此应充分重视低温烟气腐蚀问题。对于一般燃用高硫煤现场，多采用暖风器或热风再循环方式，适当提高空气预热器进风温度和排烟温度，以避免硫酸凝结沉积造成低温腐蚀堵灰。也有用耐腐蚀的材料(玻璃管、搪瓷管等)制作空气预热器，抵御腐蚀的危害。在嫩烧过程中添加碱性添加剂(Cao，M四等)中和吸附503的办法虽然可抑制低温腐蚀，但使尾部沾污加重，一般不宜使用.
