K·魏克塞尔货币利率与自然利率背离影响物价论K·魏克塞尔货币利率与自然利率背离影响物价论【K·魏克塞尔货币利率与自然利率背离影响物价论】魏克塞尔关于利率与物价的一种理论。瑞典经济学家魏克塞尔认为，利率的涨跌与物价水平变动方向取决于利率的性质。按他的观点，现实经济中存在着两种不同性质的利率:一是自然利率，二是货币利率。自然利率是指对物价完全保持中立，即不受物价上涨、下跌影响的利率。它是不用货币交易而以自然形态的实物资金进行借贷时资金供求相等所决定的利率。这种利率的任何变动对物价水平均没有影响，货币利率则是现实市场中所形成的实际市场利率，它是二种用货币贷放的利率，并且决定于借贷资金的需求与储蓄的供给。因此，货币利率的变动会引起储蓄和投资变化，从而影响物价水平。不过，魏克塞尔指出，利率对物价的作用，是通过货币利率与自然利率的背离来实施的。当自然利率高于货币利率时，资本家有利可图，于是增加借款，扩大投资规模，并对生产所需的原料、劳动力出高价竞争，结果使储蓄的供给小于投资的需求，提高了原料和劳动力的价格，从而使劳动者收人增加，消费随之增多，遂导致消费商品价格上升。一般消费品的价格上涨后，资本家为增加生产消费品，对资本的需求增大，资本品价格也随之上涨。这样又出现劳动者货币收入增加—消费品价格上涨—资本品价格上涨的循环。此时价格的上涨具有累积性质。相反，当自然利率低于货币利率时，资本家不仅得不到利润，甚至还要遭受损失，因而减少借贷，减少投资，从而使储蓄或生产所需的原材料和劳动力供过于求，资本商品价格下跌。人们收人减少，消费随之减少，一般消费品的价格也随之下降。只有在货币利率与自然利率相一致时，储蓄才等于投资，经济达到均衡，物价才稳定。自然利率与货币利率两者在理论上的区分是魏克塞尔的创举。就自然利率与货币利率两者关系而盲，自然利率是主要的标准利率，货币利率是从属的，最终围绕自然利率变动而变动的利率，两种利率相背离地作用于物价。
