燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组运行燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组运行operation of gas-steam combined cycle unitronq卜zhengq{l一onhe xunhuon Jlzu yunx{ng姗气一燕汽联合循环机组运行(operation ofgas一steam eombined eyele unit)燃气一燕汽联合循环机组投人使用的整个过程,包括起动、正常运行和停机等有关内容。有烟气旁通阀机组的起停首先把烟气旁通阀切换到通向大气的位t.无需考虑燕汽系统的影响使嫩气轮机单独起动、并网和带负荷.此时,嫩气轮机的排气全部绕过余热锅炉,直接排人大气。此后,可逐渐调节烟气旁通阀的挡板开度,控制进人余热锅炉的燃气流蛰,使燕汽系统缓慢地起动。倘若余热锅炉在冷态条件下起动,应限定进人余热锅炉的嫩气温度,否则过热器无法承受。只有当燕汽压力达到额定值的40%~60%,并有50~60℃的过热度后,才能起动汽轮机。在汽轮机能够接受全量的蒸汽之前,应将蒸汽通过汽轮机的旁路阀送人凝汽器。若烟气旁通阀不严密,为了预防在起动燃气轮机时有可能残存在余热锅炉中的少量燃料被引姗而爆炸,应使燃气轮机在点火转速下,不喷燃料且不点火地运转几分钟,用空气来吹扫余热锅炉的流道。随后把烟气旁通阀切换到通向大气的位里.在机组故障或大修后的首次起动时,这种吹扫工作也必须进行。停机时应先使燃气轮机卸负荷,汽轮机也相应地减负荷。当燃气轮机的排气温度降到所规定的某值时,就该停运汽轮机。因那时产生的燕汽已无法使汽轮机输出净功.此后应进一步减少燃气轮机的负荷,直至使其停运,随即应把烟气旁通阀切换到直通大气的位置。若余热锅炉有补嫩装置,只有当燃气轮机带上满负荷,汽轮机已接受了全流量蒸汽之后,补燃装工才能投运.停机时,首先应停运补燃装置,随后才降低燃气轮机的负荷,并按上述顺序执行停机过程。没有烟气旁通阀机组的起停为了防止爆炸,在嫩气轮机点火前,应首先用起动机带动燃气轮机,使它在点火转速下,不喷燃料且不点火地运行几分钟,以吹扫余热锅炉。此后,燃气轮机点火起动,但带负荷的速度不宜太快,以防余热锅炉汽包升温速率超过最大允许值。对于单轴联合循环机组来说,在厂内有其他燕汽的前提下,可以用汽轮机作为起动机来起动嫩气轮机,随着燃气轮机带上负荷后,余热锅炉逐渐进人工作状态,并向汽轮机供应蒸汽,以取代外界燕汽源对汽轮机的供汽。停机过程与有烟气旁通阀的机组没差别.热态起动与冷态起动机组有热态起动和冷态起动之分。当机组停机8~14h后立即起动者称热态起动,它能够在20~50min内带上全负荷。在这种情况下,联合循环机组能够满足电网要求紧急起动进行调峰的需要。
