长度计量技术:齿轮整体误差测量技术 先测绘出齿轮整体误差曲线图(简称整体误差图)﹐再从中分析出各种单项误差和综合误差﹐评定齿轮精度﹐以分析传动质量和工艺误差的齿轮测量技术。整体误差图是一类把被测齿轮某一横截面或齿宽上的全部工作齿面的形状和位置误差﹐以同一坐标零位画出﹐并按齿面上各点的嚙合顺序排列的曲线图。1970年中国工程师黄潼年等发明高效率测绘整体误差图﹑传动质量分析和工艺误差分析等方法﹐系统地发展了整体误差测量技术。这种技术已应用於圆柱齿轮测量中﹐并开始推广到圆锥齿轮测量方面。 整体误差图有4种。单向截面整体误差图﹕它显示齿轮某一横截面同侧各齿面的形状和位置误差 (见图 单向截面整体误差图 )﹐从中可得出该截面的切向综合误差ΔF ﹑切向一齿综合误差Δ﹑周节累积误差ΔF ﹑周节偏差Δ﹑基节偏差Δb和齿形误差Δ的数值﹑变化特徵各项误差之间的相互关係﹐并可分析直齿轮和螺旋齿轮的传动质量。双向截面整体误差图﹕它显示齿轮某一横截面左﹑右两侧各齿面的形状和位置误差﹐除单向截面整体误差图的作用外﹐还可从中得出齿圈径向跳动﹑公法线长度变动量和齿厚偏差﹐进行齿形和周节等的工艺误差分析。单向全齿宽整体误差图﹕它显示齿轮齿宽上同侧各工作齿面的形状和位置误差﹐除单线截面整体误差图的作用外﹐还可从中得出齿向误差﹑接触线误差和轴向齿距偏差﹐进行斜齿轮传动质量分析和齿向的工艺误差分析等。双向全齿宽整体误差图﹕它显示齿宽上左﹑右两侧各工作齿面的位置和形状误差﹐除上述3种曲线图的作用外﹐并可分析齿轮传动时的侧隙变化。 整体误差图有两种测绘方法。单面嚙合间齿测量法﹕利用测量齿轮或测量蜗杆的测量齿与被测各齿面进行测量嚙合﹐而测量齿轮或测量蜗杆的其他齿面与被测各齿面只进行传动嚙合以使单面嚙合测量时的嚙合係数小於1﹐这样间齿测量下去﹐就可以高效率地测出整体误差图﹐应用此法的齿轮测量工具称为齿轮单面嚙合整体误差测量仪(见彩图 齿轮整体误差测量仪 )。测头法﹕以法线展开角坐标法的渐开线测量仪为基型﹐增加角分度系统﹑精密直线导轨和连续测量机构等﹐把测得的渐开线误差和周节偏差等以同一坐标零位逐齿画出而得到整体误差图。应用此法的整体误差测量仪称为测头式齿轮整体误差测量仪。
