维生素 A分子式：分子量：CAS号：性质：一种脂溶性维生素。其前身胡萝卜素存在于多种植物中，如胡萝卜、青菜、玉米等。动物能将胡萝卜素在体内转化为维生素A而贮藏于肝脏中，鱼肝油中含量特别高，奶油和蛋黄中含量也较丰富。在常温下为淡黄色油状物质，无败油臭。熔点62～64℃。不溶于水和甘油，溶于无水乙醇、甲醇、氯仿、乙醚和油脂等。在空气中易氧化，遇光易变质，其油溶液则很稳定。常用于防治儿童发育不良、干眼症、夜盲症、皮肤干燥以及眼部、呼吸道、泌尿道和肠道对感染的抵抗力降低等。除用鱼肝油作原料进行提取外。也可由β-紫罗兰酮、一氯乙酸乙酯和甲基乙烯酮等合成。
