低膨胀高温合金分子式:CAS号:性质:兼有低膨胀合金和高温合金特性的合金。典型的低膨胀合金是因瓦合金,其膨胀系数低,强度也低,高温强度更低。而低膨胀高温合金则在保持低膨胀系数的同时具有高强度,尤其是高温强度。如Incoloy 903合金膨胀系数低,从室温到650℃,平均膨胀系数为10.3×10-6/℃,弹性模量低且基本恒定,室温σb为1310MPa,650℃σb为1000MPa,达到一般高温合金的强度水平,但膨胀系数低一半。该合金有良好的冷热疲劳性能,由于不含铬,抗氧化性较差,但具有较高抗氢脆能力。另外还有低铝高铌的Incoloy 907合金和高硅的Incoloy 909合金,构成低膨胀高温合金系列。这种合金是用于高性能航空涡轮发动机主动间隙控制技术的关键材料,制作高压压气机机匣、涡轮内外环及封严环等部件。
