1.AIM To prepare buspirone hydrochloride buccal adhesive tablet and investigate factors that influence drug release behavior and the drug release mechanism.本文选择的药物盐酸丁螺环酮 (ｂｕｓｐｉｒｏｎｅｈｙｄｒｏｃｈｌｏｒｉｄｅ)是一个新型的非苯二氮类抗焦虑症药物 ,具有疗效好、副作用小、无成瘾性等优点 ,但该药口服给药时存在严重的肝首过作用 ,生物利用度低[2 ] ,因此作者将盐酸丁螺环酮制成口腔粘附片 ,考察影响药物释放的因素 ,并对释药机理进行初步研究。
