液膜萃取法分子式：CAS号：性质：一种以液膜为分离介质，以浓度差为推动力的膜分离操作。所谓液膜是指悬浮在液体中的很薄的一层乳液微粒。乳液通常是由溶剂(水或有机溶剂)、表面活性剂、载体和添加剂形成的。其中溶剂构成膜基体；表面活性剂起乳化作用，可以促进液膜传质速度和提高其选择性；添加剂用于控制液膜的稳定性和渗透性。通常将含有被分离组分的料液作连续相，称为外相；接受被分离组分的液体称内相，成膜的液体处于两者之间称为膜相，三者组成液膜分离体系。在液膜萃取过程中，被分离组分从外相进入膜相，再转入内相、浓集于内相。如果工艺过程有特殊要求，也可内、外相调换。液膜萃取系统中的外相、膜相和内相，分别对应于溶剂萃取系统的料液、萃取剂和反萃取剂，故萃取和反萃取在一个过程中完成，溶剂消耗量可大大减少。最后以离心、通电、加热或加入去乳化剂等破乳。液膜分乳化液膜和支撑液膜两类。
