临床生化自动分析仪的性能评价与合理选用一、自动化程度对一台生化分析仪来说，自动化程度越高，说明仪器功能越强。仪器的自动化程度高低取决于仪器所使用微处理机的功能大小，根据仪器计算机功能的不同，自动化分析仪一般可分为全自动和半自动两种。全自动分析仪比较适合于样品量多，化验项目多，人力相对不足的综合性大医院的临床化验室应用。而对于样品数量、化验项目少的小医院或专科医院使用半自动分析仪则更为合适。二、分析效率这里的分析效率，系指在测定方法相同的情况下不同分析仪的分析速度。显然，分析速度决定于一次测定中可测样品多少和可测项目的多少。对不同类型的分析仪，由于其结构和设计原理的不同，微机应用程序不同造成自动化程度的差异，也直接影响到分析仪的分析效率。离心式分析仪采用同步分析原理设计，测定中所有样品的混合、反应及比色几乎同时进行。另外，其加样部分与分析部分又可各自独立工作，在一批样品分析的同时，可进行另一批样品的加样，节约了时间。因此，这类分析仪的分析速度快于其它类型。当然这也不是绝对的，当样品很少时，甚至只有一个样品，但为了保持离心机的平衡，也必须在转头的空槽中用蒸馏水一一加入方可。这样分析显然还不如用半自动的分析仪更为快一些。三、应用范围自动生化分析仪的应用范围包括可测试的生化项目、其它项目、反应的类型及分析方法的种类等。应用范围广的分析仪不仅能测多种临床生化检验指标，而且还可进行药物监测和各种特异蛋白的分析、微量元素测定等。分析方法除了分光光度法外，还能进行浊度比色法、离子选择性电极法、荧光法等测定。既能用终点法，又可用动态法测定。它可使酶免疫技术、固相酶技术得以应用，从而在科研和技术生产开发工作中，发挥更大的效益。有些分析仪采用了独特的双波长光路设计，可消除“背景噪声”，排除样品中溶血、脂血及胆红素等成分的干扰，精确灵敏，在一些特殊的测量分析中很有用。通常小型的、程序固定式的半自动化的分析仪，其工作应用范围相对较窄，选择时应予注意。四、分析准确度生化分析仪测量的准确度愈高愈好。准确度取决于各部件（加液、温控、波长、记时等）的加工精确度及其精确的工作状态。如有的分析仪采用样品液体感应探针，准确吸样，使样品携带率低于0.5％，不仅能准确地吸取微量样品，而且还能充分混合样品及试剂，使测量结果精确度提高。另外，克服分析仪中交叉污染，也是保证测定结果准确的重要环节。生化分析仪一般对取样探针有自动清洗装置，从而保证测试结果的准确率。
