动力机械:汽水分离-再热器在水冷堆核电站的饱和蒸汽轮机中用以降低蒸汽湿度﹑提高蒸汽温度的设备。它由汽水分离器和再热器组成。在这种设备中﹐从汽轮机高压缸排出的湿蒸汽先经过汽水分离器把大部分水去掉﹐然后在再热器中用新汽或同时用从高压缸抽出的蒸汽把它再次加热到接近新汽温度﹐最后送入低压缸。分离和再热的目的都是为了减少低压缸内蒸汽的水分﹐以免损害汽轮机的叶片并提高汽轮机的内效率。汽水分离器和再热器通常被合并在一个很大的卧式筒体内。每台饱和蒸汽轮机都配备两套这种设备﹐平行布置在汽轮机两侧﹐其长度约与汽轮机低压缸总长度相同﹐筒体直径约4米左右。汽水分离器 根据惯性原理把蒸汽与水滴分开。大多采用波纹板式。在核动力舰船上大多采用旋风式汽水分离器﹐其体积较小﹐但阻力较大。汽水分离器的分离效率对整个核电站的性能影响较大﹐因此要求分离效率在90%以上。再热器 水冷堆核电站汽轮机的功率很大﹐蒸汽初参数比常规电站的低﹐高﹑低压缸的分缸压力一般只有1兆帕左右﹐蒸汽容积流量甚大﹐连通管很粗。因此﹐要把高压缸排汽送回反应堆中再次加热是不现实的。只能用新汽或同时用高压缸抽汽在汽轮机旁就地再热。这种再热器是一种管壳式换热器。新汽通常是饱和蒸汽﹐而高压缸抽汽是湿蒸汽﹐它们在管内凝结放热。高压缸排出的工作蒸汽在管外横过管束被加热﹐传热系数很高。为提高管外汽流的传热效果﹐一般均采用外表带有低肋片的U形管﹐以缩小整个再热器尺寸。
