荷兰须德海围垦工程荷兰须德海围垦工程Zuider Sea Reclamation Project of Netherlandshelan xudehai weiken gongeheng荷兰须德海围垦工程(Zuider Sea Reela-mation Projeet of Netherlands)荷兰最大的垦殖工程。须德海是北海伸入荷兰陆地的一个海湾。最远处深入128公里。为了增加陆地面积，荷兰人民于19起，开始进行须德海的围垦工程。1927年，开始修筑拦海大坝，将须德海分为两个部分，坝外为瓦登海，坝内为艾瑟湖(见图)。拦海大坝全长30公里，于1932年建成。大坝建成后，进行排水，围堤造陆。1942年围成东北抒区，1957年围成东与芥蕊兹沃尔O围海造陆以前的须德海荷兰须德海围垦工程简图弗来沃兰好区，以后又围成南弗来沃兰抒区，以上3处好区共260万亩。计划再建一处称为马瓦尔德好区，其面积为60万亩。上述各坪区的建成可使荷兰国土增加约7%。艾瑟湖围垦后，成为一座淡水湖。现存面积仅1240平方公里，当马克瓦尔德好区围成后，其面积将缩小到840平方公里。冬季雨水较多.好区可能遭淹没，但可即时采用水泵将渍水排入湖中;夏季及旱季湖水位低于好区地面高程，士于区的地下水位亦降低，这时又可从湖中抽水入坪区进行灌溉。水泵的动力除利用风力外，还可利用电力、柴油机、蒸汽机等。各好区围堤之间留有水道，一方面作为交通运河，兼利排水;一方面作为灌溉渠道。 (王明庶)
