前几期介绍了名词复数的规则变化、名词复数的不规则变化、可数名词、以复数形式出现的名词量的表示。这一期学习英语语法：不可数名词量的表示。
名词有可数名词和不可数名词。
可数名词表示具体个别存在的人或者事物，如girl女孩，apple苹果，phone手机。
不可数名词表示不能个别存的事物或者物质，如water水，air空气，ice冰，grass草。
抽象名词中有一些是可数名词，如exam考试,idea主意，holiday假期，有一些是不可数名词，如advice意见，fun乐趣，music音乐。
可数名词有单复数形式，其中单数形式可以用不定冠词a(an)或者定冠词the修饰。
不可数名词，通常没有复数形式，不用定冠词、不定冠词修饰。
3.不可数名词量的表示
不可数名词，通常不能直接用基数词修饰。通常用表示一定数量的词，如a piece of等来修饰不可数名词。
a piece of paper一张纸
a piece of news一则新闻
a piece of bread一片面包
a piece of chalk一支粉笔
a piece of advice一条意见
a piece ofinformation一条信息
除最常用的a piece of外，还可以用其他表示个体的词。
a loaf of bread一条面包
a bowl of rice一碗米饭
a bottle of juice一瓶果汁
a cup of coffee一杯咖啡
a glass of milk一杯牛奶
a drop of water一滴水
a cake of soap一块肥皂
a bag of cotton一袋棉花
a slice of meat一片肉
a block of ice一大块冰
这些表示数量的量是可数名词，用基数词修饰。
two pieces of meat两片肉
three drops of blood三滴血
five loaves of bread五个面包
twenty cakes of soap二十块肥皂
不可数名词，可以用much, (a) little, a large/small amount of等表示不定数量的词来修饰，通常看作单数。
A large amount of oil has been found underground here.
这儿的地下已经发现了大量石油。
A little meat is needed for this dish.
做这个菜需要一点肉。
注意：
plenty of, a lot of, any, some, enough等词，可以修饰可数事和不可数名词。
The children picked plenty of apples that morning.
那天早晨孩子们摘了很多苹果。
You’ve caught a cold. You should drink plenty of water.
你得感冒了，应该多喝白开水。
There is a lot of uncertainty.
存在很多不确定。
We met with a lot of coaches, with a lot of athletes.
我们碰见了许多教练，他们带着许多运动员。
