Square CEO杰克•多尔西撕掉总裁CEO标签成为“Block Head”
4月25日消息，将Square Inc.更名为Block Inc.显然只是杰克•多尔西(Jack Dorsey)的第一步。上周五下午， Block SQ向美国证券交易委员会透露，多尔西决定将自己在这家金融科技公司的头衔从首席执行官、总裁兼主席改为“Block Head（首脑）兼董事长”。
虽然他不再被贴上首席执行官和总裁的标签，但他的实际职责不会有变化，该公司在一份文件中告诉美国证交会，指出必须修改公司章程，以允许其没有正式的首席执行官。
多尔西的改变与特斯拉公司(Tesla Inc.)类似。特斯拉首席执行长埃隆•马斯克(Elon Musk)正式授予自己“科技王”(Technoking)的头衔，首席财务长扎卡里•柯克霍恩(Zachary Kirkhorn)则被封为“货币大师”(Master of Coin)。不过，这两家公司保留了之前的头衔，同时增加了新的头衔。
马斯克和多尔西此前曾在推特(Twitter Inc.)的社交媒体平台上发生过争执，而马斯克目前正试图收购多尔西联合创办的推特(Twitter)。不过，多尔西在某些情况下也同意马斯克的意见，包括贬低Twitter的董事会。在去年末辞去Twitter首席执行官后，多尔西仍暂时担任董事会成员。
