TM5 with the extreme config by anta777 seems to be faster than Karhu RAMTest at finding errors. One user has thoroughly tested it and they couldn't seem to fool it. YMMV.

我试过16G完整跑完1个循环(Cycle)大概40分钟

但查错速度比MT要快很多,实际上几分钟就能找到错误

我自己实测能过MT500%的参数,大约2分钟就报错了我再也不相信MT了

使用方法:

1.下载TM5并解压(好象是个毛子写的,全名叫TestMem5)

2.在TM5\bin目录下新建一个文本文件并改名为MT.cfg(如果已经存在就先删掉它),然后把自定义配置内容粘贴到MT.cfg中

(也可以保存为任意文件,在界面上用Load config & exit载入)

我猜这个自定义配置是国外大佬嫌默认配置压力不够大搞出来的,可以科学上网自行下载

不方便的可以直接到下方复制

3.最好用管理员模式运行(可能会弹出几次提示框说AWM模块需要超级管理员权限,按OK即可),否则会提示你正在运行兼容模式(如图所提示)

我不知道兼容模式有没有什么区别,但我都是用管理员模式跑的

如果看到日志框中出现文字:Customize: Extreme1 @anta777则加载成功

4.不用管让他跑,跑完会有提示

如果过程中任何错误数都会出现在Error(s),而且日志框中会出现一些乱码提示错误信息(我猜是毛子没有做好翻译,应该正常现象)
