启动jupyter notebook报错fatal error C1083

太久没用jupyter notebook，更新了Anaconda的base环境的jupyter库，而没有更新之前安装的其他内核所在环境的库，启动后切到其他内核，会报错

\zmq\backend\cffi_pycache__cffi_ext.c(266): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: ‘sys/un.h’: No such file or directory

解决方式：重新安装库pyzmq

pip uninstall pyzmqpip install pyzmq

成功后再启动jupyter notebook，即可解决问题。哪个环境的内核启动报这个错，就重装哪个环境中的pyzmq库。
